Returns
We do not accept returns we can’t offer you a refund or exchange we sell perishable items and once they leave the store we cannot take it back or exchange it.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. 

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial store credit are granted (if applicable)  

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

You have 10 days to return item. Any item that is returned more than 10 days will not be given a credit.

Some items are not readily available in-store, including desserts such as cupcakes, cookies, fudge, and other specialty items. These products are made to order and may take up to one week to prepare.

We do not offer refunds for products that are unable to ship or be delivered the same day they are ordered. Once your order is placed, we will contact you by phone, text message, or email to arrange a pickup or delivery date and time.

If we are unable to reach you, or if there is no response at the scheduled pickup or delivery time, you will forfeit your order. No refunds or store credits will be issued for unclaimed orders.

Store Credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account by email, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing store credit (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a store credit yet, first check your spam folds and email again.  
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your credit, please contact us at sadiessweetshop@icloud.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be given a store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be credited.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sadiessweetshop@icloud.com and send your item to: 162 S.Main St Brooklyn Connecticut US 06234

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 162 S. Main St Brooklyn Connecticut US 06234

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
